CONDITION REPORT: Please read ALL important information regarding this specific auction. The auction will include the contents of an industrial unit located in postcode area NE32. All parts within this unit which do not form part of the buildings fixtures and fittings are included in the sale. This includes various copper pipes and metal fittings but they must be removed sympathetically post-sale and without damage to the fabric of the unit. The entire removeable contents is offered for sale as one lot. The successful buyer must have the capability and capacty to remove all parts from the unit. This could include the use of specialist tools and equipment which will not be supplied on site, no assistance in this matter will be supplied. No item within this unit is sold with guarantee or warranty, although it is presumed given the installation of the larger units that these were being used as working display items as they appear to be fully plumbed or electrically installed. This auction would not be suitable for courier collection. Payment post-sale is by bank transfer only and requested with immediate effect at the end of the timed auction. A registered debit or credit card will be used to take a 20% deposit without notice should this payment in full be not immediate. Any items not removed post-sale by the successful buyer by Friday 20th June at 5pm will be destroyed without notice as the landlord requires the unit back.
